Sex is a normal activity of our life and it is something to enjoy but this is what does not happen with people in today’s busy life. People have fallen victim of the stressful life and many unhealthy habits and the main constraint for them is the time. Kamasutra is a set of seven books written by Vatsayana Mallanaga in the 3rd century in order to teach people the complete art of love making. Indian Kamasutra has become a guideline for the Indian adults and people from all over the world.
The Indian Kamasutra depicts all the aspects of sex. It talks about the emotional bonding between the husband and the wife, social values and the traditions of that time. It is a set of seven books and each of the Kamsutra books has its own relevance.
The first book depicts how Lord Brahma had created men and women. It also talks about the three important things for men-Artha(wealth), Dharma(being just) and kama(Desire or pleasure).
The second book classifies the men according to their lingam and the women according to their genitalia. 64 different ways of Kamasutra sex positions are given here.
The third book is about importance of marriage
The fourth book is about the role of wife in a married relationship
The fifth book describes the difference in nature of males and females and how they inherit their difference in nature
The sixth book describes the importance of courtesan and it also provides information on the emotional bonding between husband and wife.
The seventh book takes care of various sexual problems in males and females and provides various ways to handle them. It teaches how one can remain sexually active for longer time.
With the changes in our social values and attitude of people, sex education has to be introduced to children at very early stage so that they could satisfy their quest and there will be less of crimes related to sex and a healthy society could develop. The Indian Kamasutra is the best way to impart the sex education to adults. The Kamasutra sex positions not only provide means of sexual pleasure but it is a perfect guideline to satisfy the sex-related questions in adults so that they could behave in responsible manner.
