Aphrodisiac foods are believed to increase sexual appetite and performance. Some of them are also thought to make sexual activity more enjoyable by releasing certain substances in the body. I know you are unique and different than the average guy, but whether you are average or not, you have probably wondered “how long the average guy lasts in bed” OR “how long should the average guy last in bed”.  Obviously, “should” and “does” are 2 totally different things.

Simply (& shortly – no pun intended) put, the average guy will last for about 2 – 6 minutes during intercourse.

Since MOST guys will only last 2 – 6 minutes, there is no need to be embarrassed, BUT ARE YOU LASTING LONG ENOUGH TO ENSURE YOUR GIRL HAS AN ORGASM DURING INTERCOURSE? The good news is this; I’ve since been taught to go a lot longer in bed. Here is the deal, if I can make easy changes and improve my lasting power during intercourse, then so can you.
